As CEO of Dedale, Ben naturally focuses on all the growth aspects of the company. He spends as much time as possible with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring they receive all the value they need from Dedale. A significant portion of his time is also dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of intelligence delivery, consistently and reliably. Additionally, being part of a collective, he focuses on internal talent development as well as attracting new talents to join Dedale’s growing global team.

3+ years experience in Strategy Consulting at Bain & Co, primarily focusing on Private Equity due diligence. HEC graduate in Strategic Management, with a major in Digital Business.

5+ years experience in Strategy Consulting at McKinsey & Company, with a strong focus on efficiency and innovation projects. HEC graduate in Strategic Management, and BA (summa cum laude) from the College of William & Mary.

Since 2022, Tra has been leading Recruitment and HR at Dedale, driving global growth.

At Dedale, Cédric leads the Sales team and execution of the GTM strategy and the development of the company's investor, advisor and top executive network. He also co-pilots the investor relations, building relationships with leading corporates and investment firms across Europe and the U.S.

Maxime is a Senior Associate at Dedale. Since joining in June 2022, he has focused most of his work on research projects around Office of the CIO (ITSM, AIOps, Observability & DevOps), IT services and healthcare technology.
