As an HR Intern/Apprentice, you will support the Group HR Business Partner on a variety of global HR topics. This hands-on experience will give you a comprehensive view of HR operations in an international environment.
HR Operations & Support:
Contribute to onboarding processes for new hires at Group level
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and KPIs
Participate in global HR projects (e.g. : events organization, performance management, talent session, training, global communication …)
Help to maintain and update HR documentation and employee records
Help to validate HR official letter (work contract, probation period …).
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external platforms
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate qualification
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Currently pursuing a Master degree in Human Resources (level Bac+3)
Good level in English (you will need to discuss every day in English) and French
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
Interest in working in a dynamic, international environment
First experience in HR will be appreciable (internship …)
Only “apprentissage” contract possible
